Bartlett and Luke Hayes-Middleton created Dualarity in late 2020. Based in Devon Uk, the duo combine their love of 80’s synth pop music, dream pop and alternative rock, while infusing their sound with synthwave and a contemporary flair to create something as diverse as it is unique.
